Tom lives with his wife, Gretchen, their daughter Amanda, and dogs Chewy and Winston in the Town of Geneva in their amazing country home.
Shirley Coulman
Shirley grew up on a farm in Hebron, Illinois. She frequently visited the nearby Lake Geneva and Twin Lakes areas throughout her childhood. She would later settle her own family in Linn Township just outside of Lake Geneva. She continues to live there happily today, enjoying nature’s beauty and a vibrant community culture. As a single mother and businesswoman, she raised two sons here. Both of them attended Big Foot High School and Wisconsin colleges. One of them, Tom, is her business partner today.
Much of Shirley’s realty work is focused in the Lake Geneva and Twin Lakes areas. She has also helped clients buy and sell homes throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. Her expertise spans decades, from Lake Michigan west to Delavan Lake. An astute listener and communicator, she is an advocate for her clients and a skilled success-driven negotiator.
